Operated by Arts Central which focuses on representing artists living in Central Oregon, the Mirror Pond Gallery is a non-profit operation. It features pieces in every medium in an exhibit space with monthly rotating displays as well as during special exhibition shows. It is housed within the 1907 Allen-Rademacher house, which sits in Bend's Riverfront Plaza on the eastern edge of Drake Park.
